Find a Producer

PCI of Illinois & Wisconsin represents 14 PCI-certified precast concrete producers across Illinois and Wisconsin. Filter by product, state, or certification to find the right plant for your project.

What the PCI certification codes mean

PCI plant certification is audited quality assurance for precast plants. The letter is the product group (A architectural, B bridge, C commercial structural); the number is the capability level. Full program details at pci.org →

AA
Architectural precast — multiple mixes and textures, three-dimensional projections, radius molds, sequential returns, and the most stringent product and installation tolerances
AB
Architectural precast — multiple mixes and textures, three-dimensional projections, radius molds, or sequential returns
AC
Architectural precast — primarily cladding or non-load-bearing products with architectural finishes (plant-applied finishes, formliners, brick veneers, extruded profiles)
AD
Architectural precast — structural products with an architectural finish
AT
Miscellaneous architectural trim units — sills, copings, bollards, planters, pavers, and similar shapes
B1
Precast bridge products, no prestressed reinforcement — piling, pile caps, retaining walls, parapets, sound barriers
B2
Prestressed miscellaneous bridge products (non-superstructure)
B3
Prestressed straight-strand bridge beams (superstructure)
B4
Prestressed deflected-strand bridge beams (superstructure)
C1
Precast concrete products, no prestressed reinforcement — piling, retaining walls, floor and roof slabs
C2
Prestressed hollow-core and repetitively produced products — hollow-core slabs, wall panels, poles
C3
Prestressed straight-strand structural members
C4
Prestressed deflected-strand structural members

The “-IL” suffix indicates the plant is qualified for Illinois DOT (IDOT) work in that category.
