Projects
Precast in the wild across Illinois and Wisconsin. Spot one we're missing? Send us a photo.
Precast you can go and look at
Drawings and sample panels only go so far. Standing in front of a finished building tells you how a finish reads at distance, how joints line up across a facade, and how the color holds after a few winters. This map collects precast concrete projects across Illinois and Wisconsin so you can go and see the real thing before you specify it.
Entries cover architectural facades, parking structures, bridges and transportation work, institutional and industrial buildings. Where the architect and the producer are known, both are credited, and the producer links through to its directory listing so you can see what else that plant is certified to make.
The gallery grows from what members and readers send in. If you photograph precast worth adding, or you worked on a project that belongs here, send it to the chapter with the location and, if you have them, the architect and producer.
