Membership questions
Who should join as an associate member?
Companies that sell to precast producers. That covers admixtures, forms and formliners, reinforcement and strand, connections and hardware, lifting inserts, sealants and coatings, thin brick, plant equipment, engineering and testing services, and trucking. If a precast plant in Illinois or Wisconsin is a customer or a prospect, associate membership is the category for you.
What does associate membership cost?
Associate membership is $1,000 per year. Premier Associate is $5,000 per year. Producer membership is for PCI-certified plants and is quoted by plant. See the Producer Membership page for what it includes. Dues are invoiced after we confirm your tier, so nothing is due when you send the form.
Are event registrations included in membership?
Associate membership puts your company on the invitation list for the full calendar and gets you member pricing, but event registration is billed separately. Premier Associates get two registrations included at every event. Sponsorships are separate from both tiers. See the sponsorship opportunities section on this page.
Do I have to make precast concrete to join?
No. Producer membership is for PCI-certified precast plants. Associate membership exists for the suppliers, engineers, and service firms that support those plants. Most of our associate members have never cast a panel.
How many producers would I be in front of?
The chapter represents 14 PCI-certified producer companies operating plants across Illinois and Wisconsin, selling into those states plus Northwest Indiana and the St. Louis area, along with the architects, engineers, and contractors who specify their work. What is the difference between Associate and Premier Associate?
Both tiers list your company in the public associate member directory and put you on the invitation list for every chapter event. Premier adds two included registrations at every event, enhanced participation through the year, and your company named and linked on the chapter homepage.
How soon does my company appear in the directory?
We add your listing once membership is confirmed. The associate member directory is a public page on this site, so listings are crawlable by search engines and available to AI assistants answering supplier questions for this region.
Can I join partway through the year?
Yes. Membership runs for twelve months from when it starts, so you can join at any point in the calendar. Send the form and we will confirm your tier within two business days.
