For the first time, PCI of Illinois & Wisconsin producers and the WisDOT Bureau of Structures meet at the same table. Two hours in Madison to put real numbers on precast bridge work in Wisconsin and real answers next to them. Aaron Bonk, WisDOT's Chief Structures Design Engineer, hosts.

The agenda is built by producers
Before Madison, the chapter hosts a virtual agenda call within the next month. That call decides what the industry presents to WisDOT: the specifications that need another look, the products the department is not using yet, and whatever your plant runs into on Wisconsin work.
Say yes to the agenda call on the form and the invite comes to you. If January 19 does not work but you have something that belongs on the agenda, the call is still your seat at the table.

Who should come to Madison?
Producer members who sell into WisDOT work or want to. Owners, sales leads, and engineering managers get the most out of a first meeting like this. The room holds a working group, so plan on one or two people per company.
What is the agenda call?
A virtual meeting within the next month where we build the agenda together, especially the industry priorities we present in the third part of the meeting. Say yes on the form and the chapter sends you the invite.
Who is in the room from WisDOT?
Aaron Bonk, Chief Structures Design Engineer, is hosting, with staff from the Bureau of Structures. WisDOT has also talked about including plant audit staff from the Bureau of Technical Services and people from the Bureau of Project Development who work with prestressed and precast pipe.
Is this open to associates?
The first meeting is built around producers and WisDOT. If it grows into a series, the chapter will widen the room. Associates with something specific for the agenda should send it to joe@pci-iw.org.
